The band is experienced in playing for a variety of audiences
and available to play any and all venues as well as support
national acts, special and corporate events. With a full sound
system, pro gear and light show, Whiskey Tango – 6 turns
every venue into a concert event!
America loves rock and roll LIVE and LOUD! Just doing our civic duty bringing the best of hard rock.
Dee joined Whiskey Tango – 6 in 2018 and has been belting it
out as the band’s frontman ever since. Hailing from
Virginia’s Piedmont Region, Dee found his voice in the
echoes of country churches and back wood moonshine
stills. From his youth, he’s fused the harmonies of his
upbringing with the raw electricity of rock and roll. He is a
testament to the fusion of rock rebellion and small-town
authenticity.
Dee White has been fronting bands for several years and was
a founding member of the popular group “Wise Guys” His
musical influences include Kiss, and his favorite sings in the
band’s set list are—no surprise—Rock and Roll All Night,
Lick it Up, and Bathroom Wall.
Vitali Maya brings years of experience playing hard rock and
touring throughout the Mid-Atlantic States as well as New
York and New Jersey. Maya was drawn to guitar after seeing
Metallica Live in Peru twenty years ago. Maya’s influences
include Metallica of course, Pantera and Megadeath. Maya
has played in numerous hard rock and heavy metal bands
including Sentius and Earls of Kent and engineered and
produced the Sentius Album “Do Not Mistake Us”.
Considered by many to be one of the top NOVA guitar
shredders Maya brings his amazing face melting talent, and
cool vibe to Whiskey Tango - 6.
Jason Garner is a founding member of Whiskey Tango – 6
has been an ace guitarist, for more than 20 years. Jason got
his first taste of success as a founding member of the
popular club scene band “Huge in Japan”. He loves to rock,
but his true roots lie in the Punk scene, having been
influenced by Paul Westerberg, lead singer, guitarist and
songwriter for “The Replacements.” He has also been
influenced by the alternative rock band the “Pixies” and
“Nirvana.”
Holding down the low end, Neil Mullanaphy has been playing
bass since he was young enough to remember pay phones.
He made his bones playing at the Jersey Shore as a founding
member of the popular rock band “Fair Warning” who had
two songs on radio rotation in Atlantic City and Philadelphia.
Neil also lived in Las Vegas and launched CWT a live party
band noted as the main event band for the Annual Santa Run
on Freemont Street for more than 8,000 and featured on the
Travel Channel. After relocating to Fredericksburg, he formed
Jack the Bag with fellow Whiskey Tango – 6 drummer Dee
Koeni.
A lifelong fan of all music genres, you never know who is
going to appear on his favorite play lists. From The Who and
Cheap Trick to Louie Armstrong and Mozart, they have all
held some influence over his style.
Drummer Dee Koeni is a thunderous performer who lays it
down night after night without missing a beat. He’s been
playing drums for 40 years, which includes nearly two
decades performing for a live audience. He founded
Fredericksburg blues trio “Jack the Bag” along with
Mullanaphy. His style can be likened to his influences of
John Bonham, of Led Zeppelin, and Neil Peart, of Rush.
We are currently in the studio and will have some music for you soon.
